A group of three women linked together in their individual and joint work by open dialogue. The authors met for the first time in the Glass Studio at the Faculty of Arts and Design of Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem. Their joint starting point was not only their studies but also their approach to the material and its structure.

In their work they often use an artificial lighting source, which is always preceded by an exploratory search for the relations between the object, area, installation and the viewer.

At present they devote themselves to the creation of installations intended for public and private premises as well as exhibition projects. They have been working together under the joint name penocze since 2011 and their work has been developing and growing by new challenges.
